Parent Information Exchange on Vaping, New Date: April 2

Attention All Community Members: Special meeting about Vaping, Don’t miss it!  
Tuesday, April 2 at 7pm, in the WHS Lecture Hall
Please do not miss our next Parent Information Exchange (PIE) meeting, on April 2 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the WHS Lecture Hall. We invite all (adult) community members to this special PIE meeting.  Jason Verhoosky of Wayland Cares will discuss the issue of vaping: breakdown current trends, vaping products and devices, vaping science, what to look for, health impact, and how to talk to your youth about vaping.
Discussions will include:
  • Vaping has quickly become a popular thing to do for both teens and adults. Vaping, Juuling, Cloud Chasing– what is it?
  • Is it healthier than smoking?
  • What’s in a vaping device?
  • How do they work?
  • What should I be concerned about?
