This week we focus on the FY2020 budget. We discuss what’s happening with our Moody’s bond rating, the School Sports Complex and Loker Field capital projects we’ll be voting on at the polls on April 23rd, and at Annual Town Meeting, April 29th. Last year we approved about $4MM in new capital projects. This year’s total is projected to be about $13MM. What are our options to pay for these capital projects and what are the implications of approving this new debt?
