Wayland Town Crier 4/9/19: Fee increase at transfer station. Residents will see some fees increase at the transfer station after last month’s $100,000 emergency infusion so the station can meet expenses. The Board of Public Works voted 4-1 this month to increase sticker and pay-as-you-throw (PAYT) bag fees. The vote also creates bulky waste disposal fees.
