This week Wayland Buzz presents an encore of our recent interview with school superintendent Dr. Arthur Unobskey. Their topic is the State of the Wayland Schools. The schools are a significant presence in town: more than 70% of our annual budget supports our schools, and the excellence of our schools is given as the most common reason people want to live in Wayland. The Buzz will do a ‘health checkup’ and look at major developments of the school superintendent’s first 18 months on the job; and other issues important to the Wayland Public Schools and residents.
