Take the COA Community Survey – For All Ages!

The Council on Aging community survey seeks to identify residents’ needs and concerns as they or a loved one thinks about growing older. Whether you are GenX or a Baby Boomer or one of the Greatest Generation, we want to hear from you. Are you or a family member thinking about how or whether you will stay in your home when your needs change? What about transportation? We want to know your questions and concerns. This is part of our year-long Aging in Wayland initiative. Click here for the online survey; paper copies are also available at the COA, or call 508-358-2990. Please let us hear from you!
