ADULT SERVICES

Reopening, Step 1: Curbside Pickup

We can’t open our doors to the public yet, but we’re filling holds and putting items outside our parking lot door for pickup.  You can place your hold through our catalog or by calling us 9am-1pm.  You can only reserve items that are currently on our shelves; there’s still no delivery between Minuteman libraries.  Once we’ve filled your hold, we’ll call you with the choice of picking it up between 10-11, 11-12, or 12-1.  If you can’t pick it up that day, you’ll have another chance.  You can reserve a maximum of 10 items on your card per pickup.

You MUST have an appointment to get your items.  There will be no service at the door, no physical interaction with a librarian.  Of course, we know you’ll practice safe social distancing if you arrive at the same time as another patron.  Unfortunately, we still can’t accept returns, but we hope to do so later in the summer.

We appreciate your support and patience as we navigate what is uncharted territory for all of us, and it gladdens our hearts to be able to serve you again in person, even in this restricted fashion.  Under those masks, we’re smiling.
