August 4: Webinar on Storing large harvests from gardens and CSA boxes

August 4, 7:30-8:15 pm – Register here and we’ll send you the zoom link. We’re eating more locally, either from our own gardens, from weekly CSA boxes, or from Pick Your Own fruit farms. But what to do with all that basil, those zucchinis and blueberries? Let’s talk about preserving large quantities of vegetables for later in the week, month, or year. Freezing, canning, dehydrating… We’ll even help you find the right microclimates in your home for root cellaring. Bring your own tips to share!
