The Wayland High School Mock Trial Team swept the award in the Oct 17-18 Garden City Invitational Mock Trial Tournament.  This is an invitational tournament made up of 8 of the best mock trial teams in the State.  This year, the Wayland Team won the best witness award (Amalie Martin), best attorney (Elizabeth Zhong) and the best overall team in the tournament.  Howard Lenow, local employment lawyer, has been the coach for the last 13 years.
