Town of Wayland 2/2/21: COVID-19 Vaccination Waitlist Sign-up.
This sign-up sheet will add currently eligible residents in a phase 1 or 2 priority group (anyone aged 75 and older, health care workers and first responders) to the waiting list for COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s vaccine distribution plan. The supply of vaccine is limited at this time and adding your name to the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive a vaccination. Please know that the supply will change over time, and we anticipate receiving more vaccine.
**This waitlist is for the first (1st) of two (2) required vaccine doses. After you have received your first (1st) vaccine dose, we will provide you with information on how to obtain your second (2nd) dose**
Residents who receive an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination will be contacted by email. The email will contain a link to register for the vaccination and information about the clinic. If you do not have email, you will be notified by phone and someone will help you complete registration.
Due to the limited number of vaccines, we advise that you explore other possible avenues for obtaining a vaccine. The state’s website, www.mass.gov/covid-19-vaccine, is updated daily with information on other vaccination sites, and CVS Pharmacies is also providing vaccines.
