Forms will also be available at the Town Building in the front vestibule at 41 Cochituate Road, at the Wayland Public Library (5 Concord Way), and at the Wayland Transfer Station & Recycling Center (484 Boston Post Road).

Completed forms must be submitted to the Board of Health office by April 23rd at noon. Information regarding the types of household hazardous waste that will or will not be collected is listed on the registration form (also listed below). In this announcement, the Health Department cited the need to minimize the generation of household hazardous waste by encouraging homeowners to buy smaller quantities of paint, solvents, cleaners, pool supplies, pesticides and other hazardous materials that are needed, to utilize non-hazardous materials (if possible), to share leftover supplies with neighbors or others who might be able to use them, and to donate paint and other useful materials to organizations that might be able to use them.
