Wayland veterinarian Amy Shroff is organizing a GoFundMe fundraiser to organize the rescue of several dogs from Russia currently living in terrible conditions.  They will be transported to the United States, provided medical treatment and then be available for adoption.  Time is of the essence as the CDC has new regulations going into effect in mid-July which will ban such imports in the future.
