Wayland Patch 5/21/24: Rides From Sudbury, Wayland To Boston Hospitals Coming After MassDOT Grant. Residents in Sudbury and Wayland will soon have better access to some of the best hospitals in the world. MassDOT last week awarded a $127,000 grant to expand the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority Boston Hospital Shuttle to the two towns. The service currently only stops in Framingham and Natick.
