How Wayland Voted in the Primary

Wayland Patch 9/7/12: How Wayland Voted in the Primary. Less than 10 percent of Wayland's 8,923 eligible voters headed to the polls Thursday to cast their ballots in the state primary. The 846 people who did vote, however, put their support behind the incumbent state representatives running on contested tickets in both the 13th Middlesex District, which encompasses Wayland precincts 1, 2, and 3 in addition to Sudbury and parts of Framingham and Marlborough, and the 14th Norfolk District, which is comprised of Wayland's precinct 4 as well as Weston and Wellesley. The following residents returned nomination papers on Tuesday to run for office in the annual Town Election on Tuesday, April 3.
