CANCELLED: Great Courses: Liberty on Trial in America, Cases that Defined Freedom @ Council on Aging

Professor Douglas O. Linder of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law explores trials that brought us many of the freedoms we enjoy today. U.S. history has not always moved in a straight line from less freedom to more freedom. In Liberty on Trial in America: Cases That Defined Freedom, you’ll learn not only about cases in which liberty claims were vindicated, but also those in which they were denied.
