If someone around you experienced abnormal breathing or loss of consciousness, would you know what to do? The “Family & Friends CPR” class will equip you with skills that could help you to be effective if someone needed your help. This class does not meet the requirements for a CPR course completion card if required for a job. However, it is ideal for community groups, grandparents, babysitters, and others of any age interested in learning how to save a life. The skills are taught in a small group environment using the American Heart Association’s research-proven “practice-while-watching technique.” Please register by Thurs., Oct. 17.
