Join Chef Roberta Hing as she teaches some simple techniques for delicious spring brunch dishes that can also be served for dinner. We’ll start with a Savory Bread Pudding with goat cheese and shallots as the star dish. We’ll also make delicious Almond Poppy Seed Scones and end with warm Caramelized Bananas topped with Greek yogurt. Cook along with the class and you will have dinner prepared for the evening.
