Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable

Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of men and women incorporated in 1999. The goal of the Roundtable is to raise awareness about the issue of domestic violence through community education and networking and to improve the coordination between public and private services for victims and families touched by domestic violence.

Candidate Statement: I am an attorney who has been in private practice since 1987. My background includes working experience with the Open Meeting, Public Records, and Conflict of Interest laws. I have lived in Wayland for 24 years with my husband Glenn and twin boys, age 20. Over the past several years, I have assisted the Town Clerk in Wayland by working at the polls during elections and as a night teller tallying votes after the polls have closed. I have also worked at a number of Town meetings. I was elected to the Board of Health for two terms and during one of those terms, served as chair. I am a proud graduate of Wayland’s first Citizen Fire Academy and a graduate of Wayland’s Citizen Police Academy.
